OTSEGO West Wastewater Treatment Facility MBR Equipment Procurement

The project consists of Phase 1 Improvements to the existing Otsego West Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). The project components will include new fine screening equipment and Fine Screen Building, new process basins and a new membrane facility to contain the membrane operating system equipment and components. Work will include a new Fine Screen Building and new 2 mm perforated plate fine screening equipment. Construct new Secondary Biological Treatment basins to comprise the biological treatment process including anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic zones with mixers and fine bubble aeration equipment. The new membrane facility will contain the membrane operating system equipment and components. The work will also comprise excavation, backfill, compaction and concrete footers, slabs and tankage, MCC room, control room and bathroom, including heating and lighting systems; membrane system materials and equipment, process piping, valves and ancillary equipment; chemical feed and storage systems necessary for the process treatment; and all associated materials, equipment and appurtenances
