| Description | Furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to pressure wash, stain and make siding repairs to the Heritage Amphitheater and Amphitheater privacy fence. 10301 State Park Road, Chesterfield, VA, 23832. 1.Pressure Wash - Power wash and clean Amphitheater and privacy fence complete (including foundations, decks, stairs, and all exterior stained wood). 2.Staining - Furnish and apply all stain products (Flood Brand, Cedar Tone Transparent CWF-UV Exterior Wood Stain, attached) to all previously stained wood excluding bathhouse building and benches. 3.Repairs – Furnish all materials and supplies; Remove damaged/rotted wooden panels and siding and replace with like kind. |
