Design Build Services for the Murray Mansion Restrooms and Elevator Addition

The Project involves providing a rest room and elevator addition to the existing Murray Mansion. Murray City desires to keep the Mansion (historical building) portion operational and to sequentially add a new addition to attach to the existing north addition. The Project is to design and build a new addition comprised of restrooms, stairs, and Limited Use/Limited Application (LULA) elevator. It is required that the DB coordinate the construction traffic and the internal traffic, parking locations and capacity, as well as site security with solutions proposed for incorporation into the project.
