Forest Park Bluff Stabilization

This project consists installation of a retaining wall, drainage features, natural slope repair, and access ramp installation on the Lake Michigan bluff at Forest Park in the City of Lake Forest in Lake County, Illinois Construction of the project consists of installing a retaining wall and associated storm sewer and drainage structures, including native BMP swales, installing wick drains, stabilizing slope areas, and access ramp installation. The retaining wall extends from near the bathhouse area to the South Beach Access Road entrance, on the lake side of the tableland, in front of the existing failure plane. The proposed repairs shall include all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the repairs
