| Description | The work on this project will include but is not limited to the complete demolition of the Heritage Center located at 801 Church Street, Jessup, PA. The complete demolition means the removal of all pieces / portions and debris comprising the structure and foundation including brush and shrub likes in the immediate vicinity of the structure. The successful contractor is also responsible for the disposal of all materials in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations relevant to construction and demolition waste. Hazardous material and asbestos related materials that are required to be removed prior to the demolition have been removed. An environmental assessment has been completed on the building. The scope of the project also includes filling basement area level with the surrounding grade using clean fill approved by the engineer, along with topsoil, seeding and mulch. |
