Description

The Project includes the following Work: Manhole lining and rehabilitation, installing cured in place pipe liners (CIPPL), by-pass pumping, manhole frame and cover adjustments and replacements, sanitary-sewer point repairs, and sanitarysewer gravity pipe replacements. Also includes cleaning and CCTV of sanitary-sewer lines, smoke testing, manhole locates and inspections. Sanitary-sewer lines investigated and rehabilitated will range from 6-inch to 24-inch. This project will prioritize the rehabilitation efforts with some investigative efforts required. Results from the City of Winona 2021 CDBG Wastewater Collection Rehabilitation project will help guide this project's final scope.
