Description

The Davis Technical College is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide solid waste removal services. Contractors are to meet the following requirements to be considered Contractor shall provide all labour, materials and equipment required for removal, transportation and discarding of non hazardous refuse collection and disposal services in a satisfactory and proper manner, as determined by the College for all College locations. Contractor is to provide all services as prime contractor. Proposed per dump charge must include all costs to fulfil services including but not limited to transportation, dumpster rental, labour and disposal fees. Provide all services identified in Attachment B Scope of Work. Provide at least three references from similar size clients that are similar in scope of services. Reference contact information is to include contact name, company and phone number. Provide two (2) Dump Days per week for main campus and one (1) Dump day per week for D-5 Have at least five (5) years providing services similar in size and scope of services. Bid Evaluation. Bids that are able to meet requirements identified above will be evaluated on per dump rate. Award will be made to contractor with lowest cost that meets all requirements listed above.
