Settlers Park, Greenfield West, and Mesquite North Drainage Improvements Project

The project generally consists of approximately 2,365 linear feet of water line, 100 linear feet of sanitary sewer, 4,540 linear feet of storm sewer, 32,200 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 3,230 square yards of concrete driveways, 13,675 square yards of concrete pavement, and removal of the existing roadway, sidewalks, and driveways. Portions of the existing storm sewer system are to remain active during and after construction. The projects limits include Mesquite Drive, Green Fields Drive and Sleepy Hollow Drive inside the Settlers Park Neighborhood. The Mesquite Drive limits are from the proposed outfall to Sleepy Hollow Drive, Green Fields Drive limits are from the east limits of the Fort Bend County Levee Improvement District No. 2 (FBCLID 2) bridge to Hidden Creek Drive, Sleepy Hollow limits are from Mesquite Drive to Settlers Way Boulevard.
