Furnish and Install Manufactured Modular Storage Building at South Miami Heights Facility

The project site is located at 20900 SW 117th Avenue, Miami FL 33177. The project consists of the design, permitting, and construction of the the SMH Storage Building with the following attributes: a. A 4,500 square feet pre-fabricated metal building (50’x90’) for storage use only. b. A portion of the building shall be conditioned (50’x30’). c. Two (2) motor operated 15’x15’ roll up doors, one on the east side and one on the west side. Each roll up door shall be accessed by a ramp and sized to allow a fork lift into the room and pick-up truck access to the door opening. The two ramps are to be constructed with a maximum slope of 1/10 and extend to match up to existing asphalt. d. Finished floor will require a live load storage of 400 psf and at an elevation that meets flood code. e. Electrical service (minimum of 200 amps) shall be provided to the building. FPL location is approximately 700 feet away. LED lighting and standard outlets are preferred. f. Building shall meet all Miami-Dade County Building codes. This includes fire, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical. g. The building use shall be classified as minor repair garage in accordance with NFPA 70. h. No restroom facilities are required, and storage racks shall be provided by WASD
