Public Works Facility 1B Project

The building is proposed to be a single-story pre-engineered steel building, approximately 40’-0” x 100’-0” of unconditioned space, which will be designed by the building manufacturer. This project is Phase 1B of the Public Works Facility development plan and includes the building of a new pre-engineered steel building and perimeter fence. The site work that is associated with the new Public Works Facility is being completed under a separate contract is referred to as Phase 1A and was awarded earlier this summer. The drawings and specifications included in this bid package for Phase 1B are intended to guide the bidder in their selection of a pre-engineered steel building.
