Marion County Health Department Remodel

1. All work shall be executed in accordance with all governing national, state and local codes and regulations. 2. All building elements shall be installed vertically w/no horizontal joints. 3. Due to material tolerances the general contractor must verify all dimensions with actual conditions on the site and report any differences to the architect for interpretation and resolution prior to commencement of work. 4. Provide cont. blocking consisting of P.T. 1x8 min. at 2x8 min. blocking at frame wall typ. in restrooms to receive plumbing fixtures, grab bars accessories, cabinets, door casings, crown molding, etc. 5. Repaint existing ceiling repair & patch as required. Ceiling paint shall be Sherman Williams interior super paint "flat" finish over manufacturers approved gyp. bd. primer. 6. Repaint existing walls repair & patch s required. Wall paint shall be Sherman Williams interior super paint "semi gloss" finish over manufacturers approved gyp. bd. primer. 7. Women's R/R existing soffit light to be replaced with 2-48" long LED lights, match temperature of existing lights. 8. Men's R/R existing soffit light to be replaced with 1-48" long LED light, match temperature of existing lights.
