Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Alpharetta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.The Successful Bidder shall be required to furnish PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS for the faithful performance on the contract and a bond to secure payment of all claims for materials furnished and/or labor performed in performance of the project, both in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the base bid price. The Successful Bidder shall also be required to furnish a MAINTENANCE BOND, in the amount of one-third (1/3) of the contract price, guaranteeing the repair or replacement caused by defective workmanship or materials for a period of two (2) years from the completion of construction. Questions must be also be submitted online in the same manner listed above for bids. Deadline for questions is May 16, 2022 at 5:00 p.m Tentative Contract Award (on/about) June 20, 2022 The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, and to make an award as deemed in its best interest. It is understood that all bids are made subject to this Agreement, that the City reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest, responsible Bidder, and in arriving at this decision, full consideration will be given to the reputation of the Bidder, his financial responsibility, and work of this type successfully completed. removal, constructing an earthen berm, and new four-board wooden fence installation only along the construction area.
