The County covers 1,124 square miles. Jefferson County is one of eight counties in Alabama with a limited form of home rule government. Jefferson County Commission is accepting bids for Residential Roofing Services for the Jefferson County Department of Community and Economic Development. INQUIRY DEADLINE ITB DUE DATE ITB OPENING DATE March 17, 2023 By 4:00 PM (CST/ DST) All recipients of this solicitation are required to complete and return the enclosed Notification of Intent. Only those vendors submitting the Notification of Intent will be advised of any clarifications, addendum, answers to inquiries, etc. pertaining to this ITB. Notification of Intent should be emailed to Florencie U. Patton at underwoodf@jccal.org by 5:00 PM on 3/3/23. The roofing contractor that is awarded this contract should expect the following: This contract will be for a period of one year, with an option to renew the contract annually for two years after that (3 years total). We expect it to serve many households year-round.
