| Description | Bids for qualified contracting firms for design-build services relating to the upgrade of the existing City Hall and Annex fire alarm system. The existing fire alarm system was manufactured by Simplex and currently located at City Hall at 8101 Ralston Rd. This panel services both City Hall and the Annex building. The City is looking to replace the existing fire alarm system at City Hall to provide for ongoing, reliable fire alarm protection at the facility. During this time the City would also like to have the Annex separated from the fire alarm system at City Hall to have its standalone fire alarm system located within the existing building |
