Description

This Design Build project includes the implementation of one of several strategies as outlined in the University of Utah’s MEDX HTW Study (See Exhibit A). The goal of the project is to allow the removal of a high temperature water line that runs through a new building site on the Health Science Campus of the University of Utah. Prior to removal of this line by others in the Fall of 2021, the selected Design/Build team must rapidly design and construct the replacement and/or additional heating generation for the four structures that the HTW line currently serves.
