Corwin Booster Pump Station Improvements Project

The project generally consists of demolition of the 150,000-gallon Corwin ground storage tank, piping modifications within the Corwin Booster Pump Station, site piping demolition, and sitework. The Board of Warren County Commissioners reserve the right to accept the lowest and best bid, to reject all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids. The estimated contract value is $135,000.00. The work for this contract is located in Wayne Township, Warren County, Ohio and consists of the following: 1. Demolition of the 150,000 gallon Corwin Ground Storage Tank and site piping. 2. Piping modifications within the Corwin Booster Pump Station. 3. Relocation of communication antenna to a new 30 foot communications pole. 4. Regrade, seed, and straw all disturbed areas including aeras under existing storage tank and valve vault to match surrounding areas. Substantial Completion: 120 Days from Notice to Proceed. Final Completion: 150 Days from Notice to Proceed
