Structural Work includes construction of new steel tee stem bearing assembly at beams, full depth slab repair over beams at ramps, deep patch repairs at foundation walls, overhead crack repairs, partial depth concrete patch, repairs at tee flange soffits, concrete walls, etc. Waterproofing work consists of slab sealant replacement at the roof level and provision of a new traffic bearing waterproofing membrane over the entire roof slab. The exact scope of work is explained in detail in the bidding specifications. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. |
