| Description | The Annual Requirements Contract for Street Rehabilitation consists of citywide concrete replacement/rehab at various locations throughout the City. The contractor will be on-call for various concrete work including portions of Renner Rd., Northstar Rd., Glenville Rd., Melrose Dr., Lookout Dr., Polk St. and Prestonwood Dr. and Neighborhood Area 22, alleys and sidewalks. Work to be performed generally includes concrete pavement removal and replacement, concrete alley removal and replacement concrete sidewalk/leadwalk replacement, 6” concrete curbs, barrier free ramps, sodding and other appurtenances related to performing the work. |
