Asphalt Overlay Paving Project 2023

The Scope of Work for the Project includes edge milling (630 SY) , pavement repair (1,600 SY), 1" asphalt leveling course (275 tons), and a 2" asphalt overlay (540 tons) on Setz Street, Crane Street, and Crystal Court in Herculaneum with an add alternate for Francois Drive as well as all other incidental items and work described in the Drawings, Specifications and/or other Contract Documents, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner Intends to Award the Contract to the Most Responsive, Responsible Bidder Submitting the Lowest Bid. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All bids, and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of THE OWNER.
