W--Showers and Portable Toilet Service

Naval Beach Group TWO (NBG2) is requesting shower facilities and toilets in support of Naval Operation Large Scale Exercise 2020. The exercise is scheduled for 06 February 2020 through 21 February 2020, with approximately 300 sailors attending. Showers will cover the Advance Party (ADVON) through Main party personnel for the duration of the exercise. The expectation and desired result of this action is to provide: a. Mobile Shower Facility Trailer: Clean, sanitary, and properly maintained shower units that meet SOW specifications, at all times, including: 1) Timely arrival, set-up, and hours of operation that accommodate all of the exercise personnel needs; 2) Sufficient potable hot and cold water needed to take safe, comfortable showers; and 3) Knowledgeable, trained, and dependable personnel available by phone, at all times, as well as on site within one hour of notification. b. Portable Toilets and Hand Washing Stations: The Contractor shall provide clean, sanitary, and properly maintained portable toilets and hand washing stations of the types specified in this SOW including: 1) Sufficient supplies such as paper towels and hand soap for portable toilet personnel use; 2) Knowledgeable, trained and dependable personnel available by phone, at all times, as well as on site within one hour of notification. All manpower, necessary supervision, and cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment necessary to perform all the services described herein.
