Description

Project will include replacing all patient rooms per AIM A design, converting the rooms to single bed occupancies with ADA compatible toilet rooms, prepping new patient rooms for potential future ICU capabilities, installing new headwalls, additional medical gases, and additional outlets per ICU requirements. Aesthetics updates will also be made and will include replacing all finishes in the corridors and core space, installing new flooring, painting walls, installing new wall protection, replacing millwork and countertops, replacing ceiling tiles, and installing new lighting.
