SR 2108, Section A14 (Beeler Street-Wilkins Avenue-South Dallas Avenue) From Forbes Avenue (City of Pittsburgh) at Segment 0110 Offset 0100 (Station 1+00) to SR 0008 (Penn Avenue) at Segment 0150 Offset 1995 (Station 102+84). SR 2110, Section A08 (Penn Avenue) From Penn Avenue at Segment 0010 Offset 0000 (Station 1+55) to a point approximately 850 feet east of Beulah Road at Segment 0044 Offset 0100 and Segment 0045 Offset 0100 (Station 94+97).Completion: 4/1/2021
