As of August 9, 2022, an architect has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to July 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit submissions from the pre-qualified firms who are interested in submitting proposals for the Architectural and Engineering Services - Cranbury Park project. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 1 Scope of Work/Project Specifications. All questions concerning this solicitation must be directed, via e-mail, to Carleen Megaro, Buyer at cmegaro@norwalkct.org. Please include the Project Number and Project Title in the subject line. The deadline for the submission of questions is 2:00 pm, June 21, 2022.
