This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District's requirements described herein may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered.
