Furnish, Deliver and Install a Chiller for the Conder Building

Requisition No.: 866-RCC202200906 The purpose of this invitation for Bids is to seek competitive bids from qualified Vendors to Furnish, Deliver, Replace and Install a properly sized Chiller package and associated pump for the use by Richmond Community College located at 1042 W Hamlet Ave, Hamlet, NC 28345. The chiller and associated pump must meet the specifications herein. The services provided must be completed not later than May 25, 2023. Submit Written Questions Vendor October 4th, 2022 at 10:00 AM ET Provide Response to Questions State October 6th, 2022 The State reserves the right to negotiate with one or more Vendors, or to reject all original offers and negotiate with one or more sources of supply that may be capable of satisfying the requirement, and in either case to require Vendor to submit a Best and Final Offer (BAFO) based on discussions and negotiations with the State.
