The right is reserved as the interest of the Town of St. Michaels may appear, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid. The Owner may extend the time and place for the opening of the bids from that described in the invitation, with not less than two (2) calendar days notice to those bidders receiving plans. Work includes parking lot construction, stormwater management, and all other specified work as shown in the contract documents.
