Description

*As of November 21, 2022, the negotiated general contractor is all set with trades. Construction is anticipated to begin in fourth quarter 2022. The site work for this project consists of soil import, sanitary/storm sewers, on-site water, concrete curbs, concrete paving, asphalt paving, site power, and site lighting, all on approximately 8 acres. The storm system will tie into an existing detention basin. The project consists of (4) separate buildings with a total of 339 market-rate apartments. Each building has a second-level podium deck with wood framing above. Building 3 houses a 9612 SF clubhouse and leasing offices, along with an outdoor pool/spa area with additional amenities. *All bidding subcontractors shall include applicable sales tax in their bid which is 8.81%.
