The RDA is soliciting proposals for selection of a contractor who will Il per-form interior clean out and partial interi or demolition of the structure. The tractor must be certified in Lead Work Practices. The RDA reserves the right to reject or all proposals or to waive any informa lities in the proposal process. Propos-als may be held by the RDA for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of proposals for purpose of reviewing the proposals and investigating the qualifications of the developers, prior to awarding of the con-tract.
