Common Hallways Interior Painting

The Project consists of: Interior painting of common hallways and lounge areas on three floors in one apartment building. The work is estimated to cost $ 47,000.00 The Framingham Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the 667-8 Development for the Framingham Housing Authority in Framingham, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Andrew M. Brockway & Associates. Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A (2)(B) & to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. Deposits may be electronically paid or must be a certified or cashier's check. This deposit will be refunded for up to two sets for general bidders and for one set for sub-bidders upon return of the sets in good condition within thirty days of receipt of general bids. Otherwise the deposit shall be the property of the Awarding Authority. Additional sets may be purchased for $25. Contractors requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $0 per set, payable to the Awarding Authority, to cover mail handling costs.
