Expertise in the analysis and design of large public building structures, urban development projects including roadways, vehicle parking and access areas, pedestrian walkways and sewer and water utilities is required under this project. Ancillary services for geotechnical exploration and analysis and electrical and mechanical engineering services are also requested under this procurement. Environmental analysis and land surveying services will be handled by the Department and are not required.
