Description

Water Plant Improvements - 2022 The Project includes the following Work: Removal and replacement of approximately 100 LF of tank farm containment wall, leveling of existing tank farm foundation, TV/Cleaning & rehabilitation of approximately 45 linear feet of 21-inch VCP and 162 linear feet of 18-inch RCP, rehabilitation of three (3) existing manholes, bypass pumping, flash mix foundation repair and electrical breaker replacement. Project Location: 1 Service Road, Cheraw, SC 29520 Document info : All Bidders shall be registered Document Holders with Davis & Floyd, Inc. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained by emailing documents-FLO@davisfloyd.com. Hard copies of the plans and specs will also be available by a request in writing to Davis & Floyd Inc., 181 E. Evans St., Suite 23, Florence, SC, 29506. Bidders must submit a valid e-mail address, company name, physical address, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers with a company contact (name) with this request for documents to be considered on the official list of bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% bid security in the proper form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required of each successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the actual bid opening date. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding and to reject all Bids if it is in the Owner's best interest to do so
