Contractor shall provide all labor, services, materials, equipment, and incidental costs necessary for the performance, testing, start up, and completion of the Work. 3. Unless otherwise specified, all work shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted standards of construction methods and within the guidelines established by these specifications. B. Project will be constructed under a single construction contract. Contract 2023-03 includes but is not limited to replacement of the existing temporary plastic pipe with a new 106 diameter reinforced concrete pipe, rock lining at both inlet and outlet structures, installation of new ballast with existing track, raising, lining and surfacing approach tracks, and required site work.
