Echo Shaw Elementary School - HVAC Control Upgrade

Scope of Work: This project is for work to be performed at Echo Shaw Elementary school and consists of HVAC control upgrades to remove all pneumatics and in order to meet the District's energy goals for the school. Control upgrades will improve the District's ability to regulate and monitor ventilation, exhaust and airflow amounts to each space while allowing the District to easily implement ASHRAE recommended ventilation control strategies for reducing risk associated with COVID. The District desires Proposals/Bids from General Contractors that have a successfully demonstrated track record of providing similar completed scope and complexity projects. Contractors considered will demonstrate the performance history and ability to provide quality staff, strong safety record and related safety training programs, and competitive material supplier sources. The Contractor Proposal/Bid determination will be based upon the proposal evaluation and the capacity of the proposers, and shall be at the sole discretion of the District. The District intends to award a single contract as a result of this RFP. The contract term will be from date of contract signature - July 06, 2022 unless extended by mutual agreement. This Contract is for a Public Work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all responses/Bids. The district reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality if it is determined to be in the best interest of the district. The District may cancel the procurement or reject any or all proposals in accordance with ORS 279B.100 and the District Board must approve a final contract.
