Description

The scope of this Contract includes street repair services which may be performed by one or multiple Contractors for six defined Contract areas within the Commission boundaries. This Contract requires the Contractor to remove and repave concrete and bituminous concrete roadways, driveways, curbs, gutters, shoulders, and sidewalks of Commission work sites within Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties, Maryland. This Contract shall be performed using the current paving standards of the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration, Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties, and local municipalities. MBE/SLBE 30%.
