Add rooftop condensing units for direct expansion cooling to the (14) Building 1 Elementary school classrooms, where the new furnaces are to be installed. Install (1) mini split cooling unit for the Elementary school, Building 1 Data/IT equipment server room. Install (2) evaporator coils and (2) rooftop condensing units for the addition of cooling to (2) existing newer Daikin gas furnaces: for Building 1 Elementary school classrooms 15 & 16 (units FE-15 & 16.) Install (2) evaporator coils and (2) rooftop condensing units for the addition of cooling to (2) existing newer Daikin gas furnaces: for Elementary school Building 1 Multi-purpose room/gym (units EF-17 & 18.) Install air purification units for the rooms that are supplied by units: FE-15 & 16 and EF-17 & 18 3. Install (6) Wall mount, cooling only, Mini Splits and (6) outdoor condensing units at Harrisburg Middle School Building 3 for classrooms 19-22. |
