This project is for renovations of the Ely Seaplane Base Pilot Room to include demolition of an interior wall and existing floor, installation of 3 new exterior windows, installation of 1 interior window, construction of the new office wall and the walls for the new storage area, installation of new gypsum board, new storage room door, re-installation of existing door, lighting and electrical components, new flooring, and painting of walls and ceilings in accordance with the project specifications.
