Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission ("HCESC") conducts and acts as a Lead Agent to a voluntary Cooperative Pricing System consisting of over 775+ and growing Members throughout the entire State of NJ, under number 34HUNCCP. All bid addenda will be issued on the website. Therefore, all interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and distinctly marked with the name of the bidder, category bid on, date, and time of the bid. If the envelope is placed in a mailer, it must be distinctly marked. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
