Description

1. Contractor shall install new chilled water air handling units with VFD Drives (Building 8) and new DX System in Buildings 1, 2, 5, and 9 with associated ductwork, dampers, duct heaters and controls as shown on the plans 2. The Work includes furnishing, receiving of ancillary equipment, devices, insulation, etc. as indicated on contract documents. 3. The Work includes coordination with other trades so that all materials, equipment, parts, etc. are provided and installed in an organized and timely manner. 4. All work shall be accomplished using new materials except as specified herein. Warranty on equipment shall be one year from day of acceptance.
