Description

The work to be performed under this contract includes the reconstruction of pavement for four alleys in the Downtown Castle Rock area, including sanitary sewer replacement in two of those. The major work items include; asphalt removal, sanitary sewer system replacement (including service connections within Town ROW), asphalt patching, subgrade reconditioning, aggregate base course placement, concrete pavement placement and ADA improvements.
