Replace Roofs - Chaney and MacArthur Halls

The work of this single bid project includes the removal and replacement of EPDM roofing systems on Chaney Dining Hall and MacArthur Hall; the replacement of the mansard shingle roof system and the construction of a new entry canopy. Work will include footings and foundations for the canopy. Electrical work, hazardous materials abatement work, as well as coordinating the temporary removal of a cellular transmission station is included in the scope of work.
