Description | The project consists of but not limited to the removal of a failing portion of concrete retaining wall paralleling Colden Street as well as grading and stabilizing existing slopes affected by said removals. The scope will include mobilization, site preparation, earthwork for slope stabilization, clearing/grubbing, protecting vegetation, stormwater control, and erosion control measures, revegetation, site restoration, and maintenance of pedestrian and traffic safety and access throughout the site for the duration of construction. |
