Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. he Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: City of Omaha OPW 53585, Interstate - 480 Parking Lot Modifications - Intersection of 19th and Chicago to Intersection of 15th and Cass Streets, Demolition and resurfacing of city managed parking lots under I-480 bridge per the contract documents Interstate 480 Parking Lot Modifications - Intersection of 19th and Chicago to Intersection of 15th and Cass Streets This project work will consist of demolition and resurfacing of city managed parking lots under I-480 bridge, per the contract documents. This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). This project qualifies for Apprentice utilization. Contractor should attach Apprenticeship Incentive Form (AIF) with their bid submission to utilize this provision. This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 & 2 categories for 5% of the total bid amount.
