Corridor Improvements Project

Corridor Improvements Project for work at Mansfield Webb Road and South Collins Street described in general as follows: The project scope includes adding landscape and irrigation improvements at street locations indicated on the plans. 1. Install tree protection fencing as shown on the plans, prior to beginning work. 2. Install and maintain erosion control facilities at all times during project construction. 3. Install irrigation improvements and all associated components as shown 4. Install plant bed prep, landscape improvements and all associated components as shown 5. Establishment of all disturbed areas/vegetation and restore to original condition. 6. Complete cleanup of entire area within project limits and other portions of the site outside of project limits that may be affected by construction and other work as shown on the construction plans.
