Description

Construction portion of the project the estimated budget is $30,000 - $40,000. The work includes demoing a portion of the existing finishes, then providing new finishes and custom millwork desks and displays, and providing and relocating electrical and data. The area of work currently houses the Library's New Books collection and will be renovated to re-organize the collections and accommodate additional lounge space. Furniture will be ordered and replaced through a separate contract, offering varied seating options and new shelving units. Submission of Bidder Questions*: Question Deadline 03/21/2023 at 4:00 PM CT Bidder questions must be submitted to the Project Coordinator in writing, preferably by email.
