A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Notice to Professional Engineering Consultants Request for Letters of Interest for Project Development and Environment (Pd&e) Study for the Osceola Parkway Extension Cyrils Drive to Nova Road (Cr532) Contract No. 001546, Project 599-228 Central Florida Expressway Authority (Cfx) Requires the Services of a Professional Engineering Consultant to Conduct a Project Development & Environment (Pd&e) Study for the Proposed Osceola Parkway Extension - Cyrils Drive to Nova Road (Cr 532). The Project Is Located Within Osceola County and Consists of an Approximately 4-mile New-location Expressway Connection From the Proposed Terminus of the Osceola Parkway Extension Expressway at Cyrils Drive Southward to Nova Road. Proposed Interchange Connections Will Be Considered at a Potential Eastward Extension of Existing Jack Brack Road and the Projects Southern Terminus at Nova Road. The Services Shall Be Provided and Performed in Accordance With and as Required by the Most Recent Version of the Florida Department of Transportation (Fdot) Pd&e Manual, Including but Not Limited to: Investigation and Analysis of All Transportation, Social, Economic, and Human and Natural Environment Effects; Preparation of the Required Environmental Documents; Preparation of the Required Engineering Reports and Preliminary Plans; and Providing Necessary Public Involvement Services and Assistance, Including a Public Hearing.
