Description

Lighting shall include, but not limited to fixtures, sports lighting, parking lot lighting, exterior building lighting, landscape and roadway lighting. Only existing light poles and bases(s) shall be replaced with like for like on an emergency basis. Emergency replacement poles shall be supplied at the successful bidders cost, plus mark-up not to exceed 20% of actual cost, plus shipping. Examples of an emergency replacement shall include, but not limited to damages caused by circumstances that pose a clear and present danger to the public, and property.
