Water Main Replacement from Fairmount Reservoir North to Mission Street - 0000231 - City of Salem

Design and construction to upsize the aging 18-inch water main from Fairmount Reservoir to the downtown core area to a 24-inch to meet future demand. The line is located under several homes along Alta View Dr, which runs across a steep ridge above River Rd S. As of August 22, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2027 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2026. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
