Description | Estimated project value: $60,000 to $100,000 This contract will comprise work within the Buck and Doe Road (Indian Route 1) right-of-way including water lines, fire hydrant, bollards and appurtenances. Work within the property line of 1519 Buck and Doe Road is shown for illustrative purposes only and is not in the scope of this bid (see Bid Form). Prior to start of the work, the successful firm must possess a Tribal Permit, the permit will be obtained from the Game and Fish Department. All sub-contractors and service providers must also possess a Tribal Permit. The successful firm must also complete and submit a Compliance Plan under the Tribe's Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) to assure that qualified Tribal members are given opportunities to perform work as employees of the firm or team. The Contractor shall construct 700 feet of six inch (6") water main with appurtenances and 125 feet of one and one half inch (1.5") water service line with appurtenances as shown on the construction drawings with estimated quantities on the bid schedule. The accompanying Construction Drawings and Technical Specifications with appendices contains specific information about the scope of work.
