Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Meridian, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility. The project appeared before the Planning Commission for the City of Meridian on June 2, 2022 and is under review. No other applications or building permits have been submitted. Information regarding the architect and general contractor has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been set, however construction is not expected to begin prior to late 2022.
