Description 101 WETLAND RESERVE EASEMENT RESTORATION: construction of berms and water control structures along with the selective removal and/or replacement of existing culverts to restore the natural hydrology and associated wetland characteristics, functions and values of the project site that existed prior to hydrological and agricultural manipulations.
